Partner Training & Certification
Those interested in becoming a Certified Partner are required to complete the Your Health Idaho certification training; a robust curriculum designed to help Certified Partners understand the policies, procedures, and technology platforms of Your Health Idaho.
To become a Certified Partner, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Complete the training modules through the Your Health Idaho's Learning Management System
- Pass the final examination with a minimum score of 90% within three attempts
Agents and Brokers:
- Be a licensed Agent or broker in good standing with the Idaho Department of Insurance
- Review and attest to the Your Health Idaho Producer Agreement
Agents and brokers are eligible to receive continuing education units (CEUs) for completing Your Health Idaho certification courses.
Enrollment Counselors:
- Be associated with a Certified Enrollment Entity
- Agree to privacy and security standards as outlined in the Enrollment Counselor training
