Your appointment is booked — here’s what to do next.

Your Appointment Is Booked

You’re scheduled to meet with a certified agent or broker. Use the steps below to prepare for your appointment.

Create your account

Now that you’ve made your appointment with a broker or agent, you can create an account with Your Health Idaho, if you haven’t already.

To create an account, you’ll enter some basic information and set a password.

Start your application

Once you have an account, you can log in and start your application, or complete it, before meeting with your agent or broker.

 

If you’ve finished your application and would like to change the plan you previously selected, you can log in and do that now.

Documents to gather

Here’s a list of documents and information you may need to reference during the application process:

Social Security Numbers

Proof of citizenship or immigration status

Proof of tribal status

Tax returns from previous years

Employer / income information (W-2s or paystubs)

Current insurance policy information

Please complete as much of the application as you can before your meeting. If you have questions while filling it out, go to our FAQ page or share them with your agent.

If you complete the application and see a red box on your dashboard that says “This eligibility is conditional,” you may need to submit documentation. Click “See More Details” to view what documents you need.

To grant your agent access to your account so they can provide more direct assistance, follow these steps while you’re in the application:
